By definition, White Wine is the alcoholic beverage made of fermented grape juice and, as withred and
rose wines; white wines are produced using the European grapevine Vitis Vinifera which can be dated back as far as 6000BC in Iran and Georgia and around 4000 BC in Europe.
The process of turning grapes into wine is called Vinification.
This is where the pressed grapes are fermented with various types of yeasts depending on the style of wine required. The Yeast consumes the natural sugars (fructose) found in the grapes and converts them into alcohol.
