Grapes:       100% Gamay

Viticulture:  Sourced from the best areas of Theize in the heart of Beaujolais. The soil consists of big stones which are good for drainage.

Serve:          Slightly chilled at 10-12C with ham, grilled meat and fish.  

Taste:         Pale purple, with a floral bouquet. Ripe red fruits on the palate, medium to light bodied with a refreshing finish.
