North-West Argentina in one of the most scenic regions of the country.
The vineyards are planted at 1,700 metres making the some of the highest commercial sites in the world. Cool climate plays a key part with great variations between night and day time temperatures, slowing down the ripening cycle and ensuring the development of good varietal character.
Michel Torino is well recognised on the international market and is renowned for its excellent wine quality, elegant label design and premium presentation.

Area: Maipù vineyards in Mendoza
Grapes: 50% Chardonnay, 50% Semillon
Winemaking: The Chardonnay was harvested in the first fortnight in February, the Semillon in the second fortnight in March. Each variety was vinified separately using the Charmat method. 5000 litre tanks were used.
Appearance: Pale straw with green highlights and steady streams of small bubbles.
Bouquet: Clean fresh fruit with some toasty overtones and a lingering finish.
Taste: Smooth and fruity with great balance between sweetness and acidity. (This wine is dry – with 7.05 grams of residual sugar).
