Loading... Please wait...The clay and chalky soil of the Cotes des Bar gives a rich and very specific aroma to the traditional champagne vines, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
In order to offer perfectly mature Champagnes, the cuvees are left to mature in their cellars for a minimum of three years and up to fifteen years for vintage champagnes.
Grapes: 30% chardonnay, 15% Pinot Noir, rest Pinot Noir vinified with 10 g/l dosage.
Note: The Clay and chalky soil of the Cote des Bar vineyards help to produce roses that are particularly fruity.
Colour: Beautiful pale pink colour with pastel tints.
Ageing: 3 years minimum.
Serve: Chilled, not iced on its own or with light luncheon dishes such as salmon, chicken and seafood. A Champagne for any occasion.
Taste: Subtle with complexity, the first floral senses of peony and iris blend with the essence of red fresh fruit such as raspberries and wild strawberries evolving towards peppery and spicy aromas.
